The omnipresent pharmacy, Walgreens, was in the midst of testing several large projects nationwide and needed to make sense of the large troves of data that retailers are faced with on a daily basis in today’s data-hungry world.
Regular reporting schedules for multiple in-market store tests needed to be scheduled and managed, relaying the results and corresponding insights to store managers and company executives.
Acting as a subject matter expert for senior executives as well as other teams and projects within the company, the pertinent information was relayed in a clear and timely fashion, providing consumer analysis and recommendations for next steps. Often, the insights were used by C-level executives to inform of-the-minute strategy decisions for the numerous pilot programs.
